What Will Mystic Management Do For Me?
There is always the possibility that Eyespell and its
Mystic Management will do absolutely nothing for you. And that is an acceptable
outcome. Other possibilities include confirming what you already know, reminding
you about what you have forgotten, putting a new twist on an old idea, or maybe
giving you a new idea or strategy altogether. Assuming Eyespell does have
a definable impact on you it could be in any of several dimensions of Mystic
Management. There are at least three primary domains: (1)
organizational / intellectual; (2) personal /
psychological; and (3) personal / spiritual.
And, by definition, if you implement the Mystic Management approach to some degree within your organization
you may achieve an organizational healthiness that defines the fourth domain;
organizational / spiritual.
The Organizational / Intellectual Domain
-
Team Building is an essential ingredient in today's
organizations. Mystic Management (MM) offers several team building strategies
both for management and team members.
-
Quality Management is based on three primary
principles, customer service, continuous quality, and empowering employees. MM
is empowering by definition and helps build and maintain the human component
of quality.
-
Conflict Management is a sidebar to team building.
MM focuses on conflict resolution as a necessary component of long-term goal
achievement. While Eyespell is a planet of consensus-building, Earth can at
least be expected to promote win-win decision making.
-
Creativity has always been a matter of confusion for
business. It's good and it's necessary but sometimes costly. MM assumes
creativity is far less costly than short-sightedness. And, again creativity is
part of team building and is a collaborative strategy.
-
Communications is a core concept for MM.
Eyespellians solve the problem through mind-link (open telepathy among all
members of the planet). Mere Earthlings must find another way and MM offers
several thoughts.
-
Valuing Diversity is another essential ingredient of
MM. MM is an inclusive style that does not miss the potentially unique
contributions of every team member.
-
Community Building is at the heart of MM. It goes
beyond the organization and puts the organization into its environment as a
model citizen. The organization is "a part" of the community rather than
"apart" from it. The mystic organization achieves both internal and external
community.
-
Business Ethics is a given. Business is not set
aside as a sub-culture with different rules and regulations. Business does not
follow the letter of the law but truly becomes a socially responsible entity
and goes beyond the requirements of legality. MM does not condone that which
is perfectly legal and inherently unethical.
-
Enhancing Trust is a natural outcome of MM. Respect
and openness generate trust.
-
Sustainability is an idea first emerging out of the
social sciences - I think they called it the "constant harvest." For business
the crux of the issue is short-term versus long-term gain. Very simply,
short-term thinking assures the demise of the enterprise. MM continually
emphasizes the necessity for long-term commitment both with regard to human
resources and reasonable profits.
The Personal / Psychological Domain
-
Identity
Building and
positive self-concept are essential to the mystic management process. MM talks
about how we manage to lose our identity in the onslaught of what others think
we should do or should be. There is even a segment on how to get ourselves
"back" from the psychological bondages we may have once used to survive the
complexity and inconsistency around us. The technique is simply referred to as
"Joe Sent Me."
-
Stress Management is a
interesting concept. If we manage our stress we die! The trick is to eliminate
the stressors, a magic inherent to Eyespellians; at least until they
encountered the almost lethal Earth-plane vibrational leakage. Stress on
Eyespell is so unhealthy even the physical planet cracks.
-
Creativity is the
founding tenet of MM, Collaborative Creativity. "Build it and they will come"
translates into "think it and it will be."
-
Coping With Change or
as the lesson is called in this text, "Never Call A Kid A Dirty Kookamonga."
It's simple enough, if you don't know it or haven't heard of it, it must be
"bad;" attack it!
The Personal / Spiritual Domain
-
Personal and Global Healing
is really what Eyespell and MM are all about. The writing and the reading are
just there.
-
The Collective Unconscious
is out there - Carl Jung was right. Seems that much of MM is taken from the
archetypes - just pulled down from the stream of positive thinking that lurks
often just out of reach.
-
Becoming Kinder or
Karmic Kindness as the MM principle goes. "No pain, no gain strategies are
exposed for what they are - ineffective and unnecessary.
-
Hope is ultimately what
Mystic Management is all about; hope our personal future and the future of our
planet.
