Who Thought of Mystic Management?
Actually, I thought of it (Dr. John Cicero, that is). I'll take credit for the name anyway and the writing it all down. However, the concepts are simply applications of human decency, community, and respect for every individual's unique talents, abilities, and "beingness" if you will. And certainly those ideas were not thought up by me!
The writing it down has been a 20-year project involving old stuff and new stuff. The idea of the planet Eyespell is new and is my very own. I promised myself I would not write another textbook to add to the already flooded arena of same ideas. When's the last time you saw something truly new in a management textbook? I wrote a couple of articles on Project Management more than thirty years ago that are still quoted in the 2002 versions of the textbooks!
Well, perhaps there's nothing new in Eyespell either. The difference is that it's a fun read, would make a great movie, and will force your thinking out of the box! Enjoy the journey.
